Rome man who pleaded guilty to slamming toddler into a wall has been sentenced.

The rome man who slammed his baby's head into a wall now knows how long he will be spending behind bars.
24-year-old brandon shugars was sentenced today to 30 days in jail...and three year probation.
Shugars pleaded guilty back in august to endangering the welfare of a child after he admitting he assaulted the child for having an accident.
Shugars was supposed to be sentenced back on november 12th...to just three years probation....but oneida county court judgemichael dwyer the sentencing because he thought shugars should serve
