Liberal Democrat leader Ed Davey says he is confident his party can deliver as they present their 'pre-manifesto' ahead of the general election.
Speaking at his party's conference in Bournemouth, Sir Ed said that the country wanted rid of the Conservatives and Lib Dems have proven their ability to beat Tories in their heartlands.
