A new play recounting the death of William Shakespeare's only son Hamnet opens in Stratford before transferring to London this Autumn.
William Shakespeare revealed very little of his own life story in his writings, and now the theatre group that bears his name, the Royal Shakespeare Company, is aiming to put that right.
