Francis and seeing this day in and day out the front line healthcare workers takes on extra shifts adjusting the skills to address the influx of covid-19 patients they are seeing.

Meanwhile, also seeing a decisive energy on social media but wants to take the powerful tool and really do some good and boy, it is working.

She actually took to facebook and made a post last week listing a variety of ways that people could help and included buying gift cards or donating money to front line workers and donations to purchase mask holding head banning and also means of simple ways to do eight reach.

Immediately whalen began received donations and service offering for family, friends and strangers and shifts through fear they deserve a sense of appreciation.

>> i just decided to make that my platform and stand in solidarity with my sisters and brothers and just, you know, make them feel loved and appreciated and just feel the joy.

Girl, we are in this together.

If we don't get this part right, all the other things that wlooking at and talking about and swirling around on social media won't matter, you know, because this is very real for each one of us in the community.

>> brooke: whalen made a really cool list of ways to help a healthcare worker.

Buying gas card for extra shifts they are taking, cutting grass, walking their dog, purchasing gift card for restaurant as safe meal donation and buying or suggesting a safe activity to take the strain off of parents who are also healthcare workers.

Now, whalen just received a massive order of those masks.

They have buttons on the side to help healthcare workers hold their masks up.

She will be distributing them at the hospital here soon.
