Amazon customer service is at an all time low in customer satisfaction according to the Better Business Bureau on Google.
Amazon customers have had ENOUGH!
We are tired of all the problems we have and a customer service dept.
That act like WE are the problem.
They try to turn things around to make any problem our fault and not theirs.
Amazon runs their software, customers do not.
But they will try to blame you for what their software does.
Really all customers want is for someone to fix problems created by Amazon and show a little respect for your customers, not really that much to ask for when we are handing over our hard earned money!
