Footage shows a lorry driver using a phone on the M40 narrowly avoid hitting officers from Warwickshire police in an unmarked HGV 'supercab'.More than 21,000 offences have been recorded by officers in Operation Tramline HGV cabs since the national safety initiative was launched by Highways England.
