Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the convocation ceremony of Visva-Bharati University.
The event took place via video conferencing on February 19.
While addressing the event, PM Modi said, "The new National Education Policy is a major step towards AatmaNirbhar Bharat.
It gives strength to research and innovation."
