Mostly cloudy lows: upper 50s a local political candidate is facing scrutiny after appearing to threaten a rochester business owner on social media.

Katie... the candidate in question is kenneth bush... who's vying to represent district 25?

He's now coming under fire after responding to a facebook post critical of his performance during a recent forum by the owner of old abe coffee shop abe sauer.

Sauer tagged bush in the post... but the candidate actually responded with a series of comments... and very notably saying in one, quote, second ammendment buddy.

Stay away from me abe sauer.

The second ammendment is of course the right to bear arms. i spoke with sauer this afternoon and he tells me while the comments might be shocking to some... he's not surprised given bush's track record in responding "if carla nelson said something like that, or if randy brock said that, people would be like... it would be insane.

People would think it was nuts.

But, you know, mr. bush has a habit of saying things like this."

And sauer says this isn't even the first time bush has directly responded to something he posted on facebook.

We reached out to bush for comment and he has not yet responded to our messages.
