Lexington leaders will start the discussion tuesday that could lead to change.

L3: top story white lexington-fayette urban county council met monday morning the urban council's public safety committee will hear tuesday from police administrators, the fraternal order of police and others in the first step of a review of department policies, the use of no-knock warrants and other procedure.
During a press conference this morning, members promised an indepth discussion to "fashion the concrete next steps" for change.
