Mum of man who admitted killing 'loved and cherished' woman says she should have had son sectioned

Lisa Fraser was killed in her home in Pembrokeshire in May, 2022. Matthew Harris was charged with her murder but died in prison without standing trial. He told officers during his arrest that he killed Ms Fraser and was 'guilty as charged'
