Revised plans for Sutton Park parking charges labelled ‘outrageous’ or ‘substantial improvement’

The proposed car parking charges in Sutton Park and at two other city sites have been tweaked with new rates, a new annual permit proposal and grace period - but politicians have mixed views on the plans.
