Nicola Sturgeon 'sacked' Scotland's top cop over M9 roadside deaths despite backing him

The First Chief Constable of the Scottish-wide police force was ousted by the First Minister in the wake of the deaths of two young people whose crashed car was left unattended by police for three days.
