Covid-19 cases spike in three West Dunbartonshire neighbourhoods figures show

Dalreoch, Kilpatrick and Bowling have all reported a sharp rise in coronavirus cases over the past week, however West Dunbartonshire remains below the national average - with the virus suppressed in all but four neighbourhoods.
