Conor Murphy and Brandon Lewis must now do deal on Troubles pension: SDLP

The SDLP has called on Secretary of State Brandon Lewis and Finance Minister Conor Murphy to urgently sit down and hammer out a solution on the Troubles payment scheme so victims finally receive a pension.
