Man Arrested For Going Equipped For Burglary, Roundhay, Leeds

A man has been arrested on suspicion of going equipped for burglary thanks to a call from a member of the public reporting someone acting suspiciously in the Roundhay area of Leeds.

West Yorkshire Police received a report at 10:19pm last night of a male trying door handles of vehicles and properties on Elmete Walk. Specialist officers from the Roads Policing Unit attended and made an area search. They located a man matching the suspect description who was searched and found to be in possession of a number of tools.
