Ukraine’s First Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Kislitsa stressed that the current frontline could serve as the starting point for negotiations, though Kyiv insists it will not trade land for peace.
Behind closed doors, however, reports suggest Zelensky may consider freezing the conflict along existing battle lines.
The move comes as the West races to draft security guarantees for Kyiv, with the US likely overseeing command and Europe providing the bulk of forces.
