Peter Kyle has rejected calls for the UK to immediately recognise Palestinian statehood, insisting it must be part of a wider political solution.
The Technology Secretary said Labour remains committed to recognition but stressed the current focus should be on easing suffering in Gaza and securing a ceasefire.
