As the Kerrville flood has subsided and bodies and lives stull missing, Augustus Doricko, Peter Thiel's wunderkind and CEO of Rainmaker, was cloud seeding up until July, 2nd.
He denies that the seeding contributed to the flood, but many questions still persist.
