Tyler Perry sued for $260M by The Oval actor, Derek Dixon, claiming sexual harassment and assault.

The billionaire screenwriter and producer is being sued by the actor who is accusing Perry of creating "a coercive, sexually exploitative dynamic" while filming The Oval and Ruthless .

Dixon starred in Perry's shows as the character Dale and claims he was forced to exit The Oval midway through its sixth season and is now seeking $260 million in damages.

According to legal filings, Dixon alleges Perry used his power and influence to initiate unwanted advances.

It escalated into sexual harassment, physical assault, and professional retaliation after Dixon declined to reciprocate.

Perry's camp has fired back calling the claim a scam.

"This is an individual who got close to Tyler Perry for what now appears to be nothing more than setting up a scam.

But Tyler will not be shaken down and we are confident these fabricated claims of harassment will fail," a statement from Perry's attorney, Matthew Boyd reads.
