John Healey has outlined the government's new defence plans as he revealed aims to spend 3% of GDP on UK defence.
It comes as the Ministry of Defence announced a £5 billion investment following the publication of the review on Monday.
"We are committed to spending what we need to deliver this review," the defence secretary added.
