Like a bad penny, federal Judge Beryll Howell is back again.
Howell was recently reversed 6-3 by the Supreme Court in a case of Article II Executive authority, where she summarily decided that President Trump lacked the authority to fire an executive branch officer.
A super-majority of the Supreme Court disagreed, reversing her summary judgment order.
