Sir Keir Starmer welcomes Cheryl Korbel, whose daughter Olivia Pratt-Korbel was murdered in Liverpool in 2022, to the House of Commons.
The prime minister also meets Cheryl and Antonia Elverson, Olivia’s aunt in his private office, who are both campaigning to force criminals to appear in court for sentencing.
