I knew I had to come in Seoul because my Soul needed that and I knew was important and I couldn’t postpone it anymore, I bought a ticket few months ago and wanted to be here being part of the local community and searched for some volunteer work in exchange for accomodation, initially got a two weeks for an association that helps locals that want to practice English but for the first month I wanted to know more about Buddhism and got in touch with local Temples but none of them would host foreigners till I found a Buddhist temple called Justbe temple in Hongdae and offered some help with daily chores in exchange of accomodation and time to spent meditate, I never knew was possible till last year when in Bangkok I went with my Thai brother to a vegan market and walking inside a local temple we come across a man that told us he stayed for free while helping the monks, that’s when I begun to think about this opportunity.
