Store Corporations such as Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's Department Store, Sears, Target, even mall locations will sponsor and house these renewable energy, economic job training centers.
Official office agencies such as the Police Fire Department, Search and Rescue teams, as well as federally FEMA Homeland Security, and the CDC will be established embedded within these renewable energy Facilities.
