In this part, Shepard rescues the Ex-Cereberus scientists, soldiers, and agents.
Jacob Taylor, one of Shepard's former crew is with them.
Shepard fights off Cereberus soldiers that are pursuing them while they prepare to evacuate.
Shepard does a few things around the Citadel to prepare for the Reaper invasion, and then Goes to Quarian space to try to convince the Quarians to join the Human-Turian-Krogan alliance.
Gameplay wise, pretty much the same as the story.
I end it on saving during the Tali recruitment mission.
