This is my 1966 Ford GT40 MKII that won the 1966 24 Hours of Daytona, this was the first 24 hour race at Daytona.
Ken Miles and Lloyd Ruby were the drivers and they dominated the race.
This is a 1/18 scale diecast by Exoto, it is very well done with excellent detail.
The GT40 MKII was being developed in each race and you can see the Daytona car did not have the rear brake scoops on the rear engine cover.
