Shadow Business Secretary Jonathan Reynolds says the way the Conservative are “propping up” the prime minister is a “tragedy” following the resignation of Johnson's ethics advisor, Lord Geidt.

He says “the person who should be leaving Downing Street tonight is Boris Johnson himself”.
