RMT Union: Government cuts behind strike action

General Secretary of the RMT Union Mick Lynch says £2bn worth of cuts to the rail industry are behind the calls for strike action later this month which is set to be the largest in modern history.

Mr Lynch calls on Grant Shapps and Rishi Sunak to come together to find solutions in dealing with the cost of living crisis affecting working class people including railway workers.
