Yorkie puppy eagerly meets new friends

Charleston is a delightful 2-year-old apricot-with-white male Border Terrier mix who was found as a stray in City of Industry and brought to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on November 23rd.

Weighing 15 lbs, Charleston is a scruffy, kissy, affectionate little fellow.

He came to the shelter with a leg fracture, from which he seems to be recovering well; since his leg is in a cast, we could not walk him on leash and thus don’t have much information about his training level.

We anticipate that once he has recovered, he will be quick to learn new skills since he is eager to please.

Charleston will be an affectionate best friend in any loving home.
