A motorist used a steering wheel lock to whack a car that honked at him after he nearly crashed in southern China.
The video, filmed in the city of Nanning in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Apri 4, shows a light green car suddenly pulling out into the road and almost causing an accident.
Meng then honked and the light green car motorist named Wei walked out of his vehicle and took a steering wheel lock from the trunk and began hitting Meng's car.
Wei then ran away after the incident.
Police detained Wei on suspicion of vandalism.
The case is being investigated, reports said.
