COVID-19: Delhi facing 'fourth wave', reports spike of 3,583 cases

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal informed that the national capital has reported 3,583 new COVID-19 cases in last 24 hours.

He called the rising of COVID-19 cases as 'fourth wave'.

"We are taking all possible measures, there is no need to worry," said CM Kejriwal on April 2.
