Andrew County Health Department reopens

Andrew county health department closed back in december due to covid-19 and lack of manpower..and has reopened today amid concerns of a new uptick in cases.

The county department says they are seeing double the amount of positive cases for daily testing.

Health officials saying that a jump from ten to twenty may seem small for a city like st.

)andrew county has recently created a covid-19 team at the health department to take on contact tracing and case investigators as the numbers continue to rise throughout into the new year.

This covid team made it possible for the doors to open today for regular and everyday business.
