The video, filmed in the city of Xi'an in Shaanxi Province on October 7, shows a worker hanging outside a basket on a hot air balloon swinging in mid-air.
Reportedly a gust of strong winds blew the hot air balloon up off the ground while the worker was still inflating it.
Fortunately, the worker finally landed safely and no one was injured.
