Cal Fire on scene of a vegetation fire in the Lime Saddle Campground

8:40 p.m., Tuesday -- Forward progress has been stopped on the Turkey Fire.

Butte county tonight where a new fire scare brought quick work from cal fire crews.

Forward progress is now stopped but the fire is smoldering now in the lime saddle campground area just north of the lime saddle marina, just off of pentz road.
