A man was charged after family members he was visiting found a suitcase containing human body parts.

He then boarded a greyhound bus and traveled to a relative's home in illinois.
A family member noticed a foul odor coming from the bags... opened one... saw body parts and called police.
Police say that martin told them he brought her body with him because he still wanted to be with her... even if she was dead.
Police say martin will be extradicted back to kentucky.
