A man named Yang Deyun in central China showed off his incredible kung fu skills by eating glass and nails.
In the clip, shot in the city of Shangqiu in Henan Province on July 18, four men carried Yang to lay onto two stools and put a block of stone his chest.
A man then used a hammer to smash the stone block in half on his body.
Yang then ate the broken glass from a light bulb and nails with water.
Another video shows eight men stood in a line to hold one end of rebar while Yang put the other end of the rebar on his neck and moved forward to bend it.
According to reports, Yang started to learn martial arts when he was 8-years-old.
