EVSC Sets Up Classrooms for Social Distancing

The Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation has given a glimpse inside some of its classrooms, which have been set up to ensure students remain a safe distance apart from one another upon their return to in-person instruction.

Stay-at-home mother -- decia york says -- she and her husband went back and forth on sending their young children to school august 19th.

"we actually have choose to send them back to school, that could change, this changes everyday, so as of now they are going to school, the worse could happen and they may have to come home and do their learning" right now - students will be asked to wear masks in the hallways - common areas -- and during rest- room breaks.

E-v-s-c students can enroll in the district's virtual academy -- for home- schooling.
