Occurred on May 9, 2020 / Los Angeles, California, USA Info from Licensor: "I was driving down the 134 East near the 5 South interchange when a Chevy Tahoe's, I believe, wheel became loose and fell off.
The car had to drive on its axel while the wheel went back and forth over the lanes of the highway.
No one was harmed significantly in the video but it was very intense."
