Minivan uses trailer welded onto the back for rear wheels

A cut-and-shut minivan was seen driving along a road with a trailer replacing the rear wheels.

The metal frame had been welded onto the back of the mud-covered Hyundai people carrier in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

A shocked motorcycle rider noticed the dangerous vehicle on June 20.

They said: ''The trailer was rusty and looked like it could break.

If it snapped then the van would surely crash.'' Cut-and-shut cars are made by welding together to two old vehicles to make a new one.
