The UK government announced a £1.57 billion support package to help arts industries survive the pandemic period.
The support package will grant emergency loans to music venues, independent cinemas, museums, galleries, theatres and heritage sites.
Footage filmed on July 4 shows pubs and restaurants reopening while theatres around London's West End remaining shut.
