People all across glenn county knew and liked martin haro-lozano.
And haro-lozano loved his community.
Martin haro- lozano was working at the walmart distribution center in red bluff when a gunman opened fire.
I know martin and ninna that live right up here & that's the first thing that went through my mind and then --- we heard who it was& tehama county investigators say louis lane shot and killed haro-lozano saturday& it was shocking& first time in my life that someone has died the way he did& that i knew& sad he leaves behind a wife, daughter and son& as well as the entire community of glenn county& he was a really great coach... he helped every single one of us get better in what we were doing& and i know he was a great father to lysette and to his family.
I just know he was a good person.
He was a volunteer at many fundraisers, coach for his daughter's youth softball team and a fan in the stands for both his hamilton high kids.
They were always there.
They'd bring water, snacks, whatever the kids needed& they'd show up to every game..
Just very supportive of everyone..
One woman i spoke to did not want to go on camera--- but she was in tears when she talked about martin.
She says he was a great husband to his wife.

Investigators are still working on a motive.
As for the other four people taken to the hospital - they're all out tonight.
