Ella's Room and Brenda's Natural Foods

Rome, a local consignment shop has decided to share their building with a natural foods store to keep business going.

Three female business owners and one happy coincidence.

-- michelle fuller and stephanie ma-la- jeese, co-owners of ella's room children's consignment, were thinking about ways to save their business when brenda henry, owner of brenda's natural foods, reached out and asked if they'd like to do business with her!

And they agreed.

-- the women say that they are grateful that they can continue to be a service to the community.

Stephanie malagese: we're happy.

We are happy to be together helping each other get through this.

To stay open doing what we enjoy to do and we really both have a great service to our community and they are happy as well that we've done this.

Brenda henry: i don't want to move again so there's that.

So i anticipate staying here as long as they'll have me.

Michelle fuller: we are planning on opening wednesday for our regular hours again.

We've been airing on the side of caution just to keep our customers safe and to keep ourselves safe.

Because of this move, brenda's natural food's was able to reopen today and ella's room has created a reopening donation fund on its facebook page.
