That includes indoor dining at local restaurants, with reduced capacity.

Newschannel 2's joleen ferris is live at delmonico's italian steakhouse, in north utica.

Joleen, they were always packed on a friday night for dinner.

Is that the case tonight?

For some places that we visited earlier, phase 3 at lunch time got off to a bit of a reserved start nat 10:14 "old school can i help you?"

Old school, in east utica, welcomed customers for lunch today, able to eat inside for the first time in three months.

The late lunchers we saw were eating outside.

Pumpernickel's deli, in the new hartford shopping center, also tested the waters on day one with lunch.....and it was busy......on the phone, anyway .

I thought maybe it would have been a little busier at lunch seeing that we got the go ahead.
