Mower County Fair will go on as planned

Organizers say it is too far out to cancel at this point and they will monitor state guidelines closely.

With it's week long event.

Look: i'm at the mower county fair and i just spoke to the fair president who tells me that the fair is moving forward.

From the food ... to exhibits... and animals ?

"* there's something for everyone at the county fair to enjoy.

Kevin finley is the mower county fair board president.

He says the fair is a summer tradition.

Finley says the fair board is monitoring state guidelines closely ?

"* and thik it's too early to cancel the week long event... now more than 70 days out.

Right now they're putting together a plan to safely hold the fair this august.

"our creative arts building is normally a one day entry building and we have already adjusted that to a two day entry so people can come a different levels instead of having a line waiting to get in.

Vendors for the most part if you look at things they are spread out because they need room to operate around there we are gonna spread them out to help out and i think youre gonna see some big differences at the fair.
