The suspect's name is Jason Jesse Gallegos, 37, of Lansing, according to a Michigan State Police news release.
Police said Gallegos was involved in a domestic assault Tuesday night in Lansing at home on the 900 block of West Walnut Street.
Police said Gallegos fired a firearm at the home.
