Casey's Restaurant plans to fight citation from OSHA

The business was fined for violating Gov. Brown's order.

An update tonight on casey restaurant in roseburg& the owners say they have plans to fight the citation they got for violating the governor executive order.

The restaurant was fined nearly 14 thousand dollars by oregon o-s-h-a for?willfull?

Disobeying the order.

The owners told us they have hired an attorney, but they did not specify how they plan on fighting back.

O-s-h-a officials said the owners have not taken any action against the citation since it was issued on may 14.
