People came out of their houses for morning walk at Lodhi Garden following relaxations in the 4th phase of lockdown on May 21.
Open gym, yoga and other activities are not allowed at parks as per New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) order.
Morning walks were restricted since the country went under complete lockdown in March.
