Another roseburg restaurant reopened for dine- in last week& despite governor kate brown executive order.
But, theye only serving people on their patio.
Kezi 9 news reporter evita garza spoke with the owner& who says it was time to get back to work.

He says he won be opening his indoor dinning area until governor kate brown gives them the go to reopen.
But, he thought serving customers on his patio would be the next best thing.

Last week, casey restaurant on garden valley blvd also opened their doors for dine in, despite the governor executive order.
They have been reported to the oregon health authority and osha.
But, duarte says he stands with the owners&who inspired him to re- open too.
He has to do what he has to do.

When i asked the county about gilberto&a spokesperson told me they were never on board with the resturant reopening their patio.
And, only the state has the power to determine if?outdoor dine-i?
Is safe.
But duarte says the douglas county environmental health department has been on board the whole time.
I asked the health department if i can serve people outside, and they thought, yes, 6 feet apart and out in the air?
I reached out to the oregon health authority to find out if theye aware of what the restaurant is doing, but they did not get back to me.
