Riverland community college economics instructor rayce hardy believes the deficit could grow.

"we don't know the future, these are projections, we don't know the path of this virus, we don't know what continued federal fiscal monetary policies are going to be enacted or maintained or changed, we don't know how many businesses are going to survive out of this."
