Newschannel 2's brent kearney spoke to local districts on how this is going and what plans are for graduation.

None halls in both districts have been empty for about 5 weeks as students transitioned to online learning.

Both the utica and rome city school districts reported positive feedback, "we have been getting feedback from our building principals.

Our teachers are keeping up with their students.

There's alot of feedback going back and forth."

Rome superintendent peter blake is also reporting positive feedback.

He tells me between 70 and 80 percent of kids will pass this year.

Under current restrictions mass gatherings are banned.
